Wilmington DE NFL Flag Football League Structure:

Practice at least once a week and Games once a week

8 Weeks: 7Games minimum *weather permitting.

Official NFL Flag reversible jersey and NFL flags included with registration.

All teams are coached by volunteer parents. Please let us know if you are interested in coaching

League Fee $180

Equipment:

Mouthpiece, Water Bottle, Rubber cleats.

Home Games: Tatnall School

Our games will take place on Friday nights from 6pm-8pm

All games are played as 2 - 20-minute halves.

Practices:

Practices will be held on Wednesday nights at Tatnall School.

Divison 1 and 2: 6pm-7 pm

Division 3 and 4 : 7pm-8pm
